Processing time takes 1-2 weeks. This is the amount of time it takes for us to create your order and does not include shipping time. We will try our best to get your order out as quickly as we can however, quality of product is our top priority. We do ship worldwide and shipping time will vary depending on the country. Canada & U.S. usually takes about 3-5 business days and all out countries can take up to 2 weeks. Shipping times may vary depending on customs. All orders will be sent with a tracking number. Fetch YYC is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Safety:
Dogs should always be supervised when wearing collars. Make sure to be checking your dogs gear for any wear or tear. Our products are super durable and can take the ruff play play but it’s always a good idea to be inspecting every once in awhile to make sure everything is intact. Fetch YYC cannot be held responsible for any injuries resulting from improper usage of product.

Please Note: All metal hardware can ware with use over time, including colour change, this is normal and is not covered by warranty. Metal parts are covered from breakage for the life time of the collar. Just ship your collar back to us (at buyers expense) and will fix it and send it back. Collar colours may vary from the photos as each screen display is different.
